This was the first time they attempted Black & Gold night at Kinnick.   A good time was had by all --- plus the Hawks won!

Sigourney - Keota Game

It was a rough night on the field.  We were tied with 4 minutes left to go in the first half.  They intercepted the ball on a goofy play, and on the next down they ran it all the way in for a TD.  It went south from there.   Senior families went to Steve & Mary Jo's afterwards.

Pat had to hang on to Michael to keep him from going back in the game.
He suffered concussions #2 & #3 of the season.  

Sidelines right before halftime --- it got a little crazy...

The girls got to play in a tournament in Keota on Oct. 16.  It was a different mix of girls that they were used to.  They did great!  They came home with 3rd place medals.  THey were just worn out by the last game - otherwise the only team that could've beaten them was the Keota 8th Graders!
